Ethereum VS The Typhoon
In October 2019, normal proceedings at Devcon 5 in Osaka were threatened by the one of the largest and most powerful typhoons to ever hit Japan, Typhoon Hagibis. But on the eve of the typhoons expected landfall over Osaka the typhoon dramatically diverted its course and decided to go over Tokyo instead. This last minute change of course was because the typhoon was clearly scared of the collective might of the Ethereum community present in Osaka at the time, and it did not want to upset the proceedings at Devcon. Alex’s Cryptograph is a beautiful hand drawn artwork depicting the intense standoff that occured between The Ethereum Community and Typhoon Hagibis.
