Jeremy’s Cryptograph is a subtle and yet highly evocative digital portrait of Buddha. Jeremy states that the teachings of Buddha have had a large impact on his life and he wanted to create an artwork that celebrates Buddha. He wants his artwork to inspire mindfulness in the viewer and to remind them of the concepts of Karma and the power of kindness. Jeremy’s Cryptograph is supporting the Blankets Of Hope charity who help to combat homlessness across the USA.
Jeremy Penn
Jeremy Penn is a New York-based modern artist who studied Fine Art at both the University of Maryland and The Pratt Institute. His work explores the initial feelings of a single gaze and the deconstruction of that moment in time. With a heavy emphasis on his subject’s eyes, he creates a seductive power play between the viewer and the art. His works have been exhibited internationally and received honors from curators at museums such as The Museum of Modern Art, New York and The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York. Penn’s work is prized within some of the most prestigious modern art collections in the world. In 2014, Refinery29 referred to Penn as an “Andy Warhol x Richard Phillips Hybrid.”
